Taurine is another popular ingredient of these beverages. This is also present in other food, which contains vitamin B6. The food we normally consume contains enough taurine and by the excessive use of this ingredient can become toxic in our system.

However the worst thing about consuming these beverages is that many of the ingredients when mixed with some other food items becomes more harmful of which mostly people are already aware of this. And this is even more dangerous as you may not know which ingredient may react with another food ingredient. People who consume large quantities of these beverages are in even more danger.



These beverage also known as metabolism boosters can increase the heart rate and the blood circulation and overweight people who may not be used to it may get a heart attack, as the body requires adapting to the fast circulation. An instant shock by these beverages or boosters can be life threatening. This is especially for the people who are obese or have any other heart related issue.



The over weight people who escape doing these hard tough exercises should avoid consuming dietary products that promote the weight loss without any physical exercises. As mostly these contain caffeine, they may promote through advertisement that their diet pills have natural extracts but in 90% cases caffeine is found in the pills. And with the energy drinks, the quantity of caffeine can raise tremendously which is one of the biggest dangers of energy drinks.
