While exhaling you need to let the head drop slowly. You also need to squeeze the fingers as you glide them on the muscles of the shoulders and move towards the neck. The next movement is to put your elbows on the desk and let the head drop forward.

The movement should be slow and not jerky. You need to massage the neck starting from shoulders and going towards the base of the skull. Use the fingertips while massaging and do it with small circular movements.

5. Taking Care of the Feet:

If you have to stay on your feet whole day then you will end up with sore and painful feet. You can get rid of the pain before it becomes serious by massaging them. You can simply use a tennis ball for relieving the stress of the feet.

Place the ball under the feet, put your weight on it and roll it from heel to toe. You can use a water bottle afterwards to ice your feet.
